Join Bill Drakeley and Rob Romano as they describe pool plaster in its intended usage and basic applications, and review typical problem areas during plaster application process, as well as comparing and contrasting basic plaster to the aggregate and/or pebble surfaces.

  4. Define basic plaster against and in contrast to aggregate or pebble surface applications
